Electronic Submission of Protection From Abuse

There are three types of protection addressed by the Court:

Protection from Abuse (PFA),

Protection from Sexual Violence (PSV), and

Protection from Intimidation (PFI)

To determine the type of protection you may be eligible for, please select the relationship between the primary victim and the abuser

Spouse, former spouse or person living as spouse

Parent/Child

Current or former sexual, intimate or dating partner

Family member related by blood

The victim is an adult or a minor child who has been sexually assaulted by someone who they have never dated and are not related to through blood or marriage.

The victim is a minor child who has been harassed or stalked by an adult who they have never dated and are not related to through blood or marriage.

None of the above
