ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Process and research various court notices. * Contact and communicate with various internal personnel to find and/or correct missing data, as needed. * Responsible for the imaging of court records. * Process, open and examine large volumes and a variety of incoming mail. * Access and update numerous computer screens reviewing all information for both clients. Enter appropriate information to ensure it is updated and correct. * Prepare all mailings for interoffice pickup; enter case notes on system; research all returned mail. * Verify that case notes include tracking numbers when certified/restricted mail is used. * Sort and scan all incoming faxes, incoming mail, email, and other correspondence. * * Retrieve hard copy documents from files and scanned documents from imaging system. * Process returned mail from the Post Office for the clients by checking information given by the Post Office with information on EPACSES.
